This policy applies to data from our Customers (businesses), End-Users (message recipients), and website visitors. We act as a Data Fiduciary for our direct customer data and a Data Processor on behalf of our Customers for End-User data.

- Customer Data: Business info, contact persons, payment data, KYC documents, account logs.
- End-User Data: Phone numbers, message metadata, voice recordings, consent status.
- Website Data: IP addresses, browser data, cookies, form submissions.
4. Purpose of Processing
We process data to provide our services, manage accounts, comply with laws (DLT, TRAI), offer support, secure our platform, prevent fraud, and communicate updates.
5. Data Disclosure
We may share data with telecom operators, cloud providers, and legal authorities as required. We never sell personal data.

We implement data encryption, role-based access control, network safeguards, and incident response protocols to protect your data.
7. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have rights including access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal. To exercise these rights, please contact our Grievance Officer.
8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will take steps to delete the information.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify our Customers of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
