1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing or using Text Message Zone’s platform, APIs, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”).

2. Customer Responsibilities

You (“Customer”) must provide accurate information, comply with all applicable laws (including TRAI and DLT regulations), obtain necessary consent from End-Users before sending messages, use approved templates, and secure your API credentials.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or distributing malicious content.

4. Fees & Payment

Service fees are specified in your Order Form or account plan. Billing is typically monthly. All applicable taxes are your responsibility.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these T&Cs. Data retention after termination will follow our internal policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as-is” without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these T&Cs or our Services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Text Message Zone harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these T&Cs.

9. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in New Delhi.
